How does an online Cacao Ceremony work?

After booking we’ll set up a 15 minute introduction call (via zoom) with Ido to understand your intentions so we can create a unique experience that is made only for you. In the meeting, we’ll discuss:
- Where you’re at in your life right now
- Where you’re finding challenges (i.e. self love, self acceptance, relationships, work, anything that comes to mind)
- You’ll be invited to set your intentions for the upcoming session
- We’ll go over how to prepare for the ceremony and what you need for the ceremony
- We can discuss any questions you may have
You’ll receive a complimentary jar of ceremonial cacao, with instructions, so you can prepare your cup before our online ceremony
The session will be 1.5 hours (via zoom) and will include intentional drinking of the Cacao, guided meditation, breathwork, and spiritual guidance.
- Every private session is unique to the individual participating. Meaning practices and guidance are intentionally prepared to meet your needs and deepen your personal spiritual journey.
What to expect: before, during, and after the ceremony
Cacao Preparation
You’ll prepare your cacao beforehand. Making sure to slowly and intentionally bring focus and awareness to your intentions and the cacao.
Join Session
Join Ido on zoom with your hot cacao at the predetermined date and time.
Setting Intentions
Next, Ido will guide you through the cacao ceremony inviting the Spirit of Cacao and supporting your journey with relevant breathwork and deep meditations custom to you.

Discussion
The session will come to an end. You’ll discuss processing, integrating, and deepening your practice and spiritual journey. And any final closings.
