What is it?
Microdosing is generally considered the act of taking less than the dosage needed to create hallucinogenic effects; usually 1/10th - 1/20th of a recreational dose.
Even though you can pretty much microdose anything (even french fries), when talking about microdosing, usually we’re talking about LSD or psilocybin mushrooms.

Slowing down into presence
Connection (to other people, to nature or oneself)
A few personal recommendations –
• Take your microdosing in the morning, before breakfast.
• Help the medicine help you – be an active participant in your healing journey… Go to nature, meditate…
• Drink plenty of water on microdosing days and try to eat clean and healthy foods.
• If emotions come up – be with it, do not try to fight it. The medicine will meet us where we’re at…
• Do not combine microdosing with other substances – alcohol or cannabis.
• Remember – this is a medicine, not a drug…
